Joey Doucette
Joey is the founder of the Jazz Dance Legacy LLC. Joey taught at the Luigi jazz centre in NYC. Luigi was a friend and mentor to Joey. His conviction to keeping the Jazz techniques of our founders pure is why he is so driven. Taught by Luigi, Joey continues to keep his Legacy alive. Read more about Joey click here
David Wynen
David, Masters in Musical theater, dance and is a professor at SUNY Binghamton, NY. David is our Director of education and brings with him a wealth of knowledge. He to is a master teacher of the Luigi Jazz dance technique and has taught it internationally. More about David click here.
Renee Raiche
Renee is a beloved teacher of the Luigi Jazz technique. She was a teacher at the Luigi jazz centre in NYC. She performed various dances of Luigi's for Luigi and his followers. She also is a certified Pilates instructor. read more about her by clicking here.
William Waldinger
William is the Ballet Master of our organization. He is also is a master teacher in the Luigi Jazz Technique. William is a ballet teacher at the famed Joffrey Ballet School in NYC. For more information on William click here
Jeff Hendrix
Marina Phillips
Jeff, is a professor at five different colleges and universities in the Los Angeles area. His knowledge of the Luigi jazz technique comes from taking classes from the master himself. Luigi sent Jeff around the USA to teach his technique. Along with jazz dance Jeff is well versed in ballet, modern, and ballroom. More on Jeff please click here.
Marina, graduated from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy(AMDA) in 2011. Marina specializes in teaching Luigi technique in Los Angeles, teaching classic jazz to adults and children at JillyJazz Dance Arts. Her connection with Luigi is that she was trained by Jill Strauss, a long time student of Luigi’s but also taught at the Luigi Jazz Centre in the late 80’s. Marina’s passion for Luigi’s work has made her a formable teacher in the Luigi technique.
